The HALO Teams Programme

Each engagement begins with a leadership pre-session to understand your strategic priorities, current execution challenges and measures of success.

Workshop 1 — Alignment & Planning

Your team defines its most important priorities for the quarter or project, translates them into individual goals and creates practical execution plans inside the HALO Planner.

Workshop 2 — Course Correction 

Midway through the quarter, the team reviews progress, identifies distractions and constraints, reprioritises where necessary and recommits to the work that matters most.

Workshop 3 — Accountability & Celebration 

At the end of the quarter, the team reviews results, captures lessons learned, recognises contributions and creates a plan for what comes next.
